CEO/Executive Director Experience
Dr. Toni Dunning, MA, DMFT, LMFT has been actively practicing since 2006 and licensed since March 7, 2012. She founded The Center for Restored & Connected Families in 2019 with the goal of meeting the psychotherapy needs of underserved communities in Orange & Los Angeles Counties while fostering the development and training of the next generation of Christian mental health providers through supervised experience. Dr. Dunning also teaches doctoral students at Loma Linda University, School of Behavioral Health. Prior to her work in mental health, Dr. Dunning served for two decades in higher education, government, and financial services industries as an internal auditor specializing in information technology and security, business process re-engineering, operations, as well as regulations and compliance.
