CEO/Executive Director Experience
JaNel Andrews earned her undergraduate degree in Crimminal Justice from the University of Indiana then moved to Los Angeles to earn her law degree. She was hired in August, 2025 replacing our previous Executive Director, Julie Maundrs. In addition to her law degree she has long experience as a Case Manager supervisor for the California Department of Developmental Services, a supervisor for several Adult Group Homes for Adults with Developmental Disabilities. She has long been an advocate for Human Rights for this particular group.
