Gianna Dahlia Mulkay is the Executive Director of Foster Love. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a dual degree in Media Studies and Journalism and has worked with the organization since its founding in 2008. Starting as an intern, Gianna dedicated countless hours to Foster Love and has played a pivotal role in its success and growth. Beginning as a team of two, Gianna currently leads a growing staff of over 60 hard-working individuals who are passionate about helping foster youth. Her unique skill set, background as a former foster youth, history with the organization, and heart for the hurting make her an admired leader and advocate in the world of foster care.
