Through our three pronged approach that positively impacts individual and collective agency, older youth entering workforce will have a opportunity to learn the soft skills needed to thrive in the workplace environments. Our target is to impact alteast 500 young youth with this program

Providing expert advice and strategies to organizations aiming to improve their workplace culture and employee satisfaction. This model focuses on personalized solutions for conflict resolution, stress management, and team- building.
Corporate workshops focus on HR, Leaders, and Employee training and coaching in specific areas that they need help with. Our target is to impact alteast 1000 people in 5 corporations this year and show the productivity gains with survery stats before and after.
