Rachel Flanagan has been the Director of Share the Dough for 6 years. She began her career after graduating from Johns Hopkins with a Masters in Public Health. She studied at the School of International Health and the program of Human Nutrition. Her area of focus was Maternal and Infant Nutrition. She worked in the field of International Health for a few years before assuming her role as the Director of Share the Dough. Paul Saber is the Chairman of the Board and he owns the related company, Manna Development Group, franchise of Panera Bread. Paul has served on nonprofit boards for decades and most notably served on the Boards of Samaritan's Purse and Billy Graham Evangelical Association.
